Who is Reliant?

I love Reliant because...I love how Reliant leads through serving those on the front lines of ministry, empowering them to focus on making disciples.

A favorite scripture of mine is...For I am convinced that neither death nor life, neither angels nor demons, neither the present nor the future, nor any powers, neither height nor depth, nor anything else in all creation, will be able to separate us from the love of God that is in Christ Jesus our Lord. Romans 8:38-39

Right this minute I'm probably...Listening to worship music while deep-diving into spreadsheets, analyzing data trends and thinking strategically on ways to improve efficiency.

Mountains or Beach: I absolutely love the beach. I go at least once or twice a week to walk and spend time in deep prayer. I often think about the parting of the Red Sea for Moses, Jesus walking on the water during a storm and how the Spirit of God was hovering over the face of the waters at creation.

I am responsible for…

• Financial operations, ensuring accuracy in financial reporting, compliance with regulatory requirements, and financial alignment with the mission.
• Providing leadership and oversight for the Accounting and Payroll Teams.
• Working collaboratively to develop and refine financial processes.

I lead today because…

• Christ shines the brightest when He uses the least likely candidates to accomplish something great. There is no logical reason for me to be in leadership other than how Christ transformed a timid, small-town girl through simple obedience and surrender.
• I can't imagine anything more impactful than guiding people into their full potential and calling.
• By providing high-quality financial data and analytics, I help steer the decisions that maximize Kingdom impact.

I am motivated by…

• The parable of the talents is a driving motivator for me. God has entrusted me with the stewardship of various giftings, opportunities and resources to make a Heavenly impact. I want to hear the phrase "well done good and faithful servant".
