MTD Coach

Many people from around the nation are choosing to say "yes" to what Jesus is calling them to in ministry. These moments are often life-changing and full of excitement, but can be stressful and anxious at the same time. These steps of obedience reflect a deep trust in the Lord that He will provide where He is taking them. Furthermore, these missionaries (often early 20s) are raising their own income for their ministry, which brings on its own journey of trust in the Lord. My job as their ministry team development (MTD) coach is to help equip, train, and encourage these missionaries as they reach out to friends and family and develop a ministry team that will pray for them and provide financial support for their respective ministry. I have a heart for this job, because I once was in the place of these young missionaries. A few years ago, I stepped into a college ministry role and developed my own MTD and financial support. It changed how I viewed ministry, relationships, and generosity. I'm so excited to encourage these missionaries to trust in God and watch how He will provide for their ministry and see how God will change their lives like He changed mine. I hope you will consider providing for my wife and I as I coach these missionaries while still depending on the financial support of others, as well as serving and investing in the college students at The Bridge Church in Cullowhee, NC. Thank you so much!
