Missionary Pastor with Collegiate Church Network
Passion My passion is people and I am fascinated by the things that make us tick. God has given me a deep compassion for the hurting of the world and a strong desire to make a positive impact. When I consider the vast needs around me and my particular skill set, the biggest difference I can make is to reach college students with the gospel of Jesus Christ and then send them transformed into every facet of society filled with wisdom, integrity and love through the power of God! Call As a student at Texas A&M University, while pursuing a degree in Industrial Distribution, the Lord called me into full-time vocational ministry. I have been in support-based college-focused ministry with Reliant since my graduation in August of 2001. God has me doing exactly what He created me to do! In Christ, I am confident that I am doing my part to fulfill the Great Commission and the Great Commandments of Jesus. 2.42 In 2010 my wife, Kara, and I moved from College Station to San Marcos to plant a new church reaching out to students at Texas State University. These young men and women, many of whom are the first in their families to attend a university, have passions, goals and deep hurts. They need Christ's love and wisdom to realize their full potential. In April of 2012 I was ordained as a Pastor of 2.42 Church of San Marcos. Kara and I have seen the Lord change destinies by His power through our love.
