Part of Grace Fellowship Church in Northern Kentucky and sent through Reliant; Jason and Anna joined the CBI team in 2017. Jason (MSEd, Virginia Tech) brings experience in mental health, event management, and marketing. He serves CBI by editing video content for CBS Online courses and assisting with various Media projects. Anna (BS, Radford University) has a heart for MKs and TCKs and is currently helping their family navigate the transition to life in the US. They are based in the Greater Cincinnati area and continue their partnership with CBI during this extended season in the States with their two daughters. Though Japan has open borders and freedom of religion only 0.5% of the 120,000,000+ population are evangelical Christian - making Japan the second largest unreached people group in the world. With under 8,000 churches in the entire country, there are over 20 unchurched cities and over 500 unchurched towns. Well known for technology and hard-working people, there are many other areas of Japanese society that go unmentioned. Rates of suicide, sexual abuse, eating disorders, and other destructive behaviors, continue to climb. Japan is a beautiful country filled with wonderful people desperately in need of God’s grace. We know that all tribes and tongues will be represented before the throne. Why not Japan? Why not now?
