Ade serves with Christian Alliance for Orphans (CAFO) as their Africa Coach over their work with orphan care in Africa. He coaches key leaders in many African nations on best practices to see the church rise up and care for the orphans, hoping to reduce the number of institutionalized children. The 20+ networks Ade works with include nonprofits, churches, orphanges, and government leaders. Children thrive in families and CAFO's hope it to help transition as many African countries to family-based care for children instead of institutions. Ade's wife, Jenni, is the Director of BCS Together, a local nonprofit that was founded by their family. BCS Together ensures that no one has to care for kids alone by providing resources, relationship and awareness so that foster, adoptive and kinship families thrive. Their heart is to see churches here in the US and in Africa rise up and meet the needs of children and families most in need through orphan and foster care.
