Studio and Albums Resident

I've been accepted to be the Studio and Albums Resident at the Austin Stone Community Church! This is a two-year-long, full-time ministry opportunity, in which I will be developed spiritually and occupationally under the shepherding of Kyle Lent, the Director of Albums for the Austin Stone. Everything I do during this residency will be intended to send me out to use my skills and spiritual growth for ministry wherever God has me. As the Studio and Albums Resident, just a few of my ministry opportunities will be: * Working with the Director of Albums for the Austin Stone on every album the church produces over the next two years * Placing myself under deep, personal discipleship to prepare my head, heart and hands for ministry * Reaching individuals who need to hear the gospel in the city of Austin and throughout the world * Producing Christ-exalting, biblically accurate songs written by the many worship leader residents, to better equip them for being sent out all over the country My main hope is to see Christ worshipped in spirit and in truth. That’s why the creation of biblically accurate (truth) songs that welcome people to have deep trust and affection for Jesus (spirit) is so important to me. God is putting desires in my heart to see more songs like this have far-reaching, serious impact on individuals all over the world.
